>Returns/Refunds:

We DO NOT offer returns/refunds. 

If you have an issue with your order or questions regarding your order hit that CONTACT page and send us an email and we'll do what we can to help make it right! 


>Lost/Stolen Packages:

Once your package is handed off to USPS it is out of our hands. If you think your package is lost hit that CONTACT button on the left hand side and send us an email with your order number and we'll do what we can to contact the post office and find out what's up. If it is in fact truly lost we will do our best to get replacement items sent out for you. This must be done within ONE MONTH of your order!

PLEASE NOTE: Resin items will take longer and may not 100% look the same as they're most of the time one of a kind but we will do our best! 


>Things to remember:

We are a two person team with one person handling most things beside the art. Please be patient when waiting for a response. We try to get to everyone in a timely manner but please allow 24-48 hours for a response!
